Market Update Mid-First Quarter 2017

Gatton and surrounding areas are seeing signs of a continued recovering market with Buyer activity high and numbers of settled sales continuing to rise. Acreage estates are performing particularly well with blocks from 1 to 3 acres particularly in demand in the area.   The niche and most “in demand” category of property is the brand new “spec” homes constructed on acreage blocks with shedding.

Residential property has also seen a rise in demand with “Days on Market” receding for Gatton and other townships and sales and growth charts reflecting a slight rise in the median sale price over the last 6 months.
